PURPOSE:To provide a kneading disc for a biaxial kneading extrusion machine capable of nearly avoiding the decrease of a treating quantity of the biaxial kneading extrusion machine. CONSTITUTION:The kneading disc 1 of this type includes two or more wing tops 5 within the barrel 23 of a perfect engagement type biaxial kneading extrusion machine or the like, and an engagement part 4 are formed by the wing top 5 and wing trunk 3 in the diameter direction (r), and the wing tops 5 adjacent in the axial direction (t) are arranged in the axial center 22 in slightly shifted relation so as not to be overlapped each other for kneading material through rotation, wherein wing tops 5 are reduced so that the engagement part 4 is formed once at least during the period of one rotation. In the axial direction, the kneading disc 1 having no wing top 5 is located in the axial center 22 in order not to be overlapped. |
