PURPOSE:To allow grinding to be carried out uniformly by changing the contact direction of a deburring grinding tool against a work in various ways. CONSTITUTION:A tool holder T is mounted with its shank 9 fitted in the mounting hole 11 of the spindle of a machining center M so as to be stopped in whirl by a stopping pin 19. In order to accelerate the spindle 10 in rotation, a sun gear 3p planetary gears 4 and 4, and a drive bevel gear 13 are provided as a first planetary differential means, and an internal sun gear 35, planetary gears 36 and 36 and a passive gear 38 are provided as a second planetary differential means. Accelerated rotation is transmitted to a driven shaft 8 by means of the bevel gears 14 and 15. Brushes 1 and 1 are installed on the driven shaft 8. The brush 1 is rotated while being revolved. The fixation of a mounting frame 6, the internal sun gear 35 and a stop frame 12 by means of bolt fastening permits a gear ratio to be easily changed. |
