<p>PURPOSE:To reduce resistance in a sheet selvedge device and to favourably carry out carrier work of sheets at the time when the sheets are nipped by a carrier roller device in a sheet carrier device with the carrier roller device arranged on the downstream part of a paper feeding device provided with a sheet storage device. CONSTITUTION:A sheet selvedge mechanism is constituted by combining a paper feeding device 2 with a nudger roller 3, a paper feeding roller 4 and a retard roller. By arranging a carrier roller device on the downstream part of the paper feeding device 2, a link member 16 is provided against a drive shaft 13 of the carrier roller device through a torque limiter 15, and supporting a shaft of the retard roller on an end part of the link member 16, an adjustment mechanism 10 is constituted. Thereafter, at the time of carrying a sheet by the carrier roller device, by oscillating the link member through the torque limiter, reducing force to pressurize the retard roller on the paper feeding roller 4 and lessening resistance against the sheet at a sheet loosening device while displaying sheet loosening work, paper feeding can be carried out.</p> |
