<p>PURPOSE:To improve the appearance and water absorption resistance of a fiber reinforced cement plate improved in strength by adding polyvinylalcohol particle. CONSTITUTION:The fiber reinforced cement plate is produced by alternately laminating a layer 2 made by combining an inorganic powder material such as cement, silica sand and fly ash, an inorganic foaming aggregate such as perlite and a reinforcing fiber, and a layer 1 made by adding 0.1-5.0wt.% polyvinylalcohol having >=95mol% degree of saponification per sum of the inorganic combined material into the combination, and steam curing at a high temp. and the appearance and water absorption resistance of the fiber reinforced cement plate improved in strength are improved by laminating the layer 2.</p> |
