<p>PURPOSE:To provide the treatment device for waste water, which can miniaturize the capacity of a waste water treating equipment and its equipment area, and also, is excellent in the biological treatment efficiency by a wood small piece. CONSTITUTION:A part of a cylindrical body 41 is submerged into waste water H subjected to aeration treatment and provided so as to be turnable horizontally. In the outside periphery of this cylindrical body 41, a net body 45 is provided. In the cylindrical body 41, wood small pieces 42 are contained, and driven to rotate by a motor with a reduction gear. In such a way, when a part of the cylindrical body 41 is submerged into the waste water H subjected to aeration treatment and driven to rotate, the wood small pieces 42 come into contact alternately with the waste water H and air, while being stirred. Air is supplied enough to aerobic microorganisms, bacteria, etc., of the wood small pieces 42, and the waste water H is purified efficiently.</p> |
