PURPOSE:To efficiently transmit vibration energy of a piezoelectric vibrator to a pressure chamber to be driven. CONSTITUTION:A diaphragm 6 is fixed to a nozzle plate 1 through a channel forming spacer and pressed by a piezoelectric vibrator 15, and vibration of the vibrator 15 is transmitted to a pressure chamber 36 through islands 41 isolated via a thin part 40. Since the islands 41 are remarkably weakened in rigidity from that of a periphery via the part 40, the vibration is not transmitted to the other adjacent pressure chamber 36.
