PURPOSE:To from a high-strength shotcrete by incorporating the specified amts. of cement, superfine powder, a polyalkylarylsulfonate, a thickener, steel fiber and an accelerating agent. CONSTITUTION:This shotcrete is produced by the wet process. In this case, 350-500kg/m<3> of cement such as portland cement, based on 1m<3> of concrete, 30-80kg/m<3> of superfine stone dust having >=8000cm<2>/g specific surface, 40-120kg/m<3> of the water reducing agent such as a polyalkylarylsulfonate and steel fiber and an appropriate amt. of the accelerating agent such as an aluminate are charged into a mixer and sufficiently mixed, an appropriate amt. of water is then added, and 0.5-1.5kg/m<3> of a cellulosic thickener, etc., is added and kneaded to obtain a high-strength shotcrete having >=400kgf/cm<2> compressive strength. |
