PURPOSE:To provide the subject composition containing a polymer composed of an aromatic dicarboxylic acid unit and an aliphatic diol unit, a glycidyl group-containing polystyrene-based copolymer, an acrylamide-modified polyolefin and a filler and excellent in drawdown, resistance. CONSTITUTION:With (A) 100 pts.wt. thermoplastic polyester resin synthesized mainly from an aromatic dicarboxylic acid or its ester-forming derivative and a 2 to 8C aliphatic dihydroxy compound, (B) 0.2 to 10 pts.wt. styrene copolymer synthesized from 40 to 97wt.% styrene, 60 to 3wt.% alpha,beta-unsaturated acid glycidyl ester of formula I (R is H or an alkyl) and 0 to 50wt.% other vinyl monomer, (C) 1 to 30 pts.wt. modified polyolefin-based resin prepared by adding 0.1 to 15 pts.wt. glycidyl compound of formula II (Ar is an aromatic group having one or more glycidyl groups) and 0.01 to 1.5 pts.wt. radical initiator to 100 pts.wt. polyolefin-based resin and heat treating the resultant mixture and (D) 0 to 100 pts.wt. filler having a fibrous shape, etc., are blended. The obtained mixture is melted and kneaded. |
