PURPOSE:To obtain a porous resin sheet with homogeneously dispersed ultrafine particles without directly admixing the resin with such hard-to-handle ultrafine particles. CONSTITUTION:A metal alkoxide solution and water are added to an organic solvent solution of a polyol followed by agitation into an emulsion, which is then heated to hydrolyze the metal alkoxide and conduct polycondensation and also cure the emulsion of the polyol, and this cured product is shaped into a porous form. In this porous form, ultrafine particles of metal or metal oxide have been deposited and homogeneously dispersed. For forming method, the above emulsion is applied on a base film and cured according to the above- process followed by peeling the base film off to obtain a resin sheet with homogeneously dispersed ultrafine particles. |
