PURPOSE:To improve thermal-oxidative deterioration resistance of polyolefin coating by mixing in combination the coating, and mixing in combination special phenol base antioxidant and special amine base oxidizer with modified polyolefin to be adhered to a steel, etc. CONSTITUTION:A ground-treated layer 2 and an epoxy primary coating film 3 are sequentially formed on the outer surface of a steel tube 1. A modified polyolefin layer 4 containing a mixture of phenol base antioxidant solely of 1,3,5-trimethyl-2,4,6-tris(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxybenzyl) benzene and amine base antioxidant solely of N,N'-bis(3-aminopropyl) ethylenediamine-2,4- bis[1,2,2,6,6-pentamethyl-4-pyperidyl)amino]-6-chloro-1,3,5-triazine condensate is provided on the film 3, and a polyolefin film 5 is formed thereon. |
