PURPOSE:To prevent an accident of destruction by providing a hold mechanism regulating rocking of the optical transmitter main body so as to prevent rocking of the optical transmitter main body at the time of turning on of power source. CONSTITUTION:The optical transmitter main body 4 is provided to a base 1 freely rockingly in upper/lower/left/right directions and a hold mechanism A regulates the rocking of the optical transmitter 4 and a support member 22 is fixed to the base 1. When the optical transmission is finished, the power switch is turned off to stop supply of power to each circuit of the transmitter, then a voltage V of a supply route is lower than a reference voltage VB, a comparator outputs a hold signal to drive a holding motor 30. Thus, a drive plate 27 of the hold mechanism A is turned counter clockwise and a couple of support arms 24a, 24b are closed gradually from an open position through an intermediate position and a 2nd microswitch 34 is closed to slop the hold motor 30 and the hold position is set. |
