PURPOSE:To provide an electronic musical instrument capable of accurately and easily playing a note for which no accurate performance is performed in a conventional instrument by providing an operating means which decreases only the attenuation factor of a musical tone being attenuated after a key is released. CONSTITUTION:The performance of a new short musical tone as vocalizing a musical tone in a long time is performed by playing the musical tone to be continued by the left hand as pressing a damper pedal 7 first. Thereby, such musical tone can be attenuated with a small attenuation factor. After that, the damper pedal 7 is released by pressing a new pedal 6, and the musical tone is played newly keeping only the new pedal 6 pressed, thereby, the musical tone generated first can be attenuated with the small attenuation factor since the new pedal 6 has been already released and a function to attenuate only the musical tone being attenuated is provided, and the musical tone generated later is attenuated with a large attenuation factor, which enables performance according to the note to be performed. |
