PURPOSE:To provide an image processor and an image processing method which are capable of recognizing how a pseudo three-dimensional image compose of polygon is drawn on a screen and exactly synthesizing a bit-map image on a polygon image. CONSTITUTION:The reference point information for the screen display state decision of an object is stored in a three-dimensional object memory 1, the two-dimensional screen coordinate for this reference point is calculated in a three-dimensional coordinate conversion part 2, the two-dimensional. screen coordinate for this calculated reference point of the object is stored in an object conversion data memory 8, how the object composed of polygon is displayed on a CRT 5 by the two-dimensional screen coordinate for the reference point of the object which is held in this memory 8 is judged by a system CPU 7, and how a bit map image to be synthesized to a polygon object image should be displayed is instructed from the system CPU 7 to a plotting part 4. |
