PURPOSE:To cope with the change of the desired magnetic characteristics and the change of type of a magnet roll using a common orientation device and a magnetizing device. CONSTITUTION:An orientation and/or magnetization device is radially arranged directing to the center of a retaining drum 54, and also it is provided in a detachable manner independent of the inner circumferential surface of the retaining drum 54 and also in a movable manner in the direction of circumference. A plurality of magnets 56, with which the prescribed magnetic field is worked on the objective substance 32 to be arranged in the center part of the drum 54, are provided. |
