<p>PURPOSE:To provide a method and a device for producing a toner in which the yield of product to raw material is improved and producing time is shortened with respect to the method and device for producing toner. CONSTITUTION:The method for producing the toner is constituted so that a toner 10 extruded through a die 3 is drawn into a fabrous state having a diameter about the same as the particle diameter of a toner product (for instance, about 10mum) by rolls 4 and solidified after kneeding the toner raw material 1 in a kneeding machine while heating, and finely cut by a cutter 5. In such a manner, the particle diameter of the toner product is made uniform. Moreover, an electrification control agent 8 is effectively attached to the surface of a toner raw material 1' by extruding the toner raw material 1' which doesn't contain electrification control agent 8 through the die 3 and attach the electrification control agent 8 thereto.</p> |
