<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a generating device for the environment adaptive production plan which automatically changes the model of a production line according to the state of the production line and automatically makes a plan corresponding to the change. CONSTITUTION:A problem setting means 1 sets a problem of a production plan, a state recognizing means 2 recognizes the necessity of a change of the model of the production system, and a model structuring means 3 automatically corrects the model. The production plan is made by referring to a past similar state according to a determination variable stored in a determination variable storage means 4. Candidates for the determination variable is generated by a candidate generating means 5 and an adjusting means 6 adjusts the number and kinds of the candidates for the determination variable. A production plan generating means 7 generates the production plan from the candidates for the determination variable, a plan evaluating means 8 evaluates the plan, and a production system execution means 11 puts the production system in operation exactly as the production is planned.</p> |
