<p>PURPOSE:To provide a semiconductor photoelectric converter which is possible of surface mounting and can automate the manufacture more, concerning the semiconductor photoelectric converter used in case of detecting a body. CONSTITUTION:This converter is equipped with first and second leads 5-2 and 5-3, where a light emitting element 1 and a light receiving element 2 are mounted in the condition that the light emitting element 1, the light receiving element 2, and an optical axis 8 are aligned, third lead and fourth lead 5-4, which are electrically connected to the light emitting element 1 and the light receiving element 2, respectively, transparent resin 3-1 and 3-2, which covers the light emitting element 1 and the light receiving element 2 such that a body to be detected can pass between them, and transparent resin 9, which covers the transparent resin and one part of the first or fourth lead. And, the first to fourth leads 5-1-5-4 are formed to be taken out, being arranged side by side along the surface of the attaching body, from the same direction on the surface of the transparent resin 9.</p> |
