MULTI-LAYER INSULATED ELECTRIC WIRE

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a multi-layer insulated electric wire formed with insulating layers by extrusion coating and excellent in soldering property, inter-layer peeling property, heat resistance, and electric insulating property, particularly in the inter-layer peeling property. CONSTITUTION:A multi-layer insulated electric wire is made of a conductor and at least three insulating layers covering the surface of the conductor. Each of the first and third insulating layers is an extrusion-coated layer of a resin admixture combined with an ethylene copolymer of 5-40 pts.wt. having carboxylic acid or metal salt of carboxylic acid as the side chain against thermoplastic straight chain polyester resin of 100 pts.wt. The second intermediate insulating layer is an extrusion-coated layer of thermoplastic polyamide resin or a resin admixture containing it as the main constituent.
