PURPOSE:To provide a more useful navigation device by informing an observer of travelling lane number information. CONSTITUTION:A position of an observer derived by a position measuring part 2 is used in order to derive the travelling direction by a travelling direction calculating part 3, and travelling lane number information of a road conforming to the position and the travelling direction is fetched from a map storage part 1. Subsequently, a map in the periphery of the position derived by the position measuring part 2 and the travelling lane number information are displayed on a map display part 5. A travelling lane number information changing part 6 adds a change to the map displayed by the map display part 5, based on the travelling lane number information fetched from a travelling lane number information fetching part 4. In such a way, the observer can execute driving based on the travelling lane number information. |
