PURPOSE:To provide a scintillation camera that can produce an energy spectrum for each of the picture elements of a distribution image. CONSTITUTION:This scintillation camera includes a camera main body 1 for measuring the energies and the positions of incidence of rays emitted from radioactive isotopes dosed in a subject, and a channel identification circuit 10 which, when energy information is input thereto from the camera main body 1, identifies the channel corresponding to the intensity of the energy. The scintillation camera also includes a means for counting the number of times of incidence of rays on the camera main body 1 during a predetermined period at each position of incidence and at each channel and a energy spectrum producing portion 12 which produces the energy spectrum of each position of incidence by distributing discrete values at each position of incidence according to that channel.
