PURPOSE:To provide a photosensor which can exhibit its performance stably with very little output decline in the environment of exposure to a light and a high humidity. CONSTITUTION:A photosensor is composed of a rear electrode 101, a semiconductor layer 102 which is a photovoltaic layer, an upper electrode composed of a transparent conductive layer 103 and a grid-shaped collector electrode 104 at least. The collector electrode 104 is made of conductive paste which is obtained by dispersing alloy whose main component is copper or silver and whose composition is varied along the depth direction in organic binder. With the constitution, the photosensor which shows very little output decline when it is subjected to a temperature-humidity cycle test under the exposure to a light can be provided. Further, a solar cell module in which this photosensor is employed can exhibit a stable output performance for a long time even in the outdoor environment of a high humidity range. |
