<p>PURPOSE:To provide a charger for a small-sized motor operated vehicle in which an overcharging can be avoided when a battery is charged in a state that a discharge amount is small. CONSTITUTION:The charger for a small-sized motor operated vehicle comprises detecting means 11 for detecting a terminal voltage of a battery 7, and charge inhibit means 16 for comparing a detected voltage value of the means 11 with a preset specified value to inhibit charging of the battery 7 when a detected voltage value when a set time is elapsed from a charge starting time point is higher than the specified value.</p> |
