<p>PURPOSE:To automate prepreparations of transmission at low cost and to simplify changing order of transmission by recording or reproducing video and sound information outputted by a cart machine based on various kinds of information outputted by a controller based on broadcasting program information with plural recording/ reproducing units. CONSTITUTION:A controller 2 inputted with broadcasting program list data p1 is operated to compare the data p1 with a data base of the recording/reproducing units 6a-6n and to detect nonrecorded matters of the individual recording/reproducing units. Afterward, control data and video recording order list data p3 are supplied to the cart machine 5 and all the recording/reproducing units by the controller 2, and the machine 5 is made to regenerate video and sound signals av of an objective matter, and the signals av are recorded in an objective recording/reproducing unit. At the same time, the individual recording/reproducing units are brought under the reproducing state by a controller 4 with transmission control data s2 obtained based on the broadcasting control data s1, and signals av of commercial matters corresponding to broadcasting hour are transmitted in a multichannel way. By this method, preparations of transmission is automated at low cost, and transmission order can simply be changed.</p> |
