<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the fluctuation of a voltage of a power supply line when a package is inserted. CONSTITUTION:The power supply control circuit is provided with a switching device 10 with an electric-field effect transistor 10a and a controller 4 which gives a control signal based on the switching of a switch 3 to the switching device 10. It is also provided with a delay device 5 consisting of a CR circuit between the controller 4 and the switching device 10 consisting of 1st and 2nd electric-field effect transistors. The output of the 1st drive circuit and the output of the 2nd drive circuit are inputted to a NAND circuit. Based on the arithmetic output of the NAND circuit, the control signals are given to the 1st and 2nd electric-field effect transistors.</p> |
