PURPOSE:To enable a cover tape to be wound up by one wind-up action and to improve productivity. CONSTITUTION:A cover tape 3 peeled from a taping electronic component 5 by a carrier tape stopper 15 is wound up by a cover tape wind-up reel 34 with a built-in planetary gear mechanism between a retainer 9 anchored on a body frame 10 and a carrier tape feed gear 13 which transports a constant amount of taping electronic components 5. This enables an increase in wind-up amount by one wind-up action to wind up a cover tape 3 by 1 pitch of the taping electronic component 5 and an improvement in productivity.
