The support for an advertising hoarding consists of two tubular uprights (10) joined together by a two-part assembly (11) bolted together in the middle and gripping the uprights between the ends. The assembly components are symmetrical and in the form of plates with V-section ends to grip the uprights, which have their lower ends curved outwards. Each pair of uprights can be joined together by three of the plate assemblies, and two such supports can be used to support a panel which is connected to the assemblies by brackets. ADVANTAGE - Easy to align and adjust, able to withstand high winds.
