<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a galloping operation at any cycle. CONSTITUTION:A detection means 11 which detects the tension, the vibration and the like of a transmission line 5 is installed on the transmission line 5 or on its insulator 3, and an analytical monitor which analyzes a galloping operation from its detection value is installed. On the other hand, a vibration- exciting device 6 which vibrates the transmission line 5 forcibly is installed on the transmission line 5 or on its insulator 3, and the transmission line 5 is vibrated so as to reduce the galloping operation according to the analysis of the analytical monitor.</p> |
