PURPOSE:To increase the degree of freedoms in the case of disposing a device in an operator cab of an electric railcar. CONSTITUTION:An operating unit having a steering handle 2 which has a main handle, a reverse handle, etc., and an interlocking mechanism having a cam shaft 5 and a switch 7 are divisionally disposed, and connected by a mechanism for transmitting a rotary torque of the main handle or the reverse handle. As the mechanism for transmitting the torque, a universal joint 8 or a flexible joint is used. |
