PURPOSE:To provide a dynamic program construction distributing method by enabling a program construction content to be changed by a temporal condition, a program material condition, or an information expression condition, etc., not fixing a program at every channel. CONSTITUTION:A program center 2 constructs and transmits the program according to program description as a program construction frame. The center 2 prepares the offer of a material by communicating with a source 3, and also, receives the program construction frame from a sub center 4. When the scheduled time of the program arrives, the center 2 receives the material from the material source 3 according to the program construction frame, and performs the switching of the content of the program or the change of expression. The sub center 4 lists up receiver information managed by the center 4 or a receiver center 6. The sub center 4 uses a distribution node in a communication network or directly transmits the program to the receiver as reconstructing the program. The sub center 4 records the material transmitted to every receiver, and transmits it to a charging center 9 with reference information for charge, and collects the charge. |
