PURPOSE:To provide the cooperative operation environment control unit which allows information processing cooperatively among plural terminals and controls pieces of information according to the individual's purposes of utilization. CONSTITUTION:The cooperative operation environment control unit consists of a conference terminal device 101, a conference assisting device 102, and an operation environment control unit 103; and the conference assisting device 102 control information operation requests made on respective conference terminal devices 101 and administers a shared window and the operation environment control unit 103 administers the operation environment of a user of each conference terminal device 101.
