<p>PURPOSE:To prevent an uneven toner coat layer or production of poor picture density or fog by incorporating particles treated with a compd. having specified substituents in the molecule and particles treated with silicone oil. CONSTITUTION:This toner contains particles treated with a compd. having substituents expressed by formula in the molecule and particles treated with silicone oil. In formulae I and II, R1 and R2 are hydrogen atoms, alkyl groups, or aryl groups. The compd. to treat particles for the positive toner is preferably such a compd. having substitutens of formula I or II in the polymer (or oligomer) side chain. The silcone oil used for the other particle is preferably such silicone having amino groups in the side chain and has <=10000 nitrogen atom equiv. Thereby, uneven state of the toner coat layer on a developer sleeve for one-component developing method, or poor picture density or fog for two- component developing method can be prevented.</p> |
