<p>PURPOSE:To prevent such a defective case where the collected data are not stored in a memory and erased by mistake by providing a control means with which a power supply is never switched off unless the work end switch contained in an operating part of a control terminal equipment is depressed. CONSTITUTION:When a data collector 20 is loaded to a communication interface unit and a power switch is turned on, the collector 20 starts the communication with a controller 1. The collection of data is started when a work start switch contained in an operating part 22 is depressed. These collected data on the distance traveled, the amount of the consumed fuel, the work area, etc., are temporarily stored in a RAM 25. When a power OFF switch is depressed and a work end switch is not depressed, the power supply is not cut off and an error message is shown at a display part 23 to call the attention of an operator. When the work end switch is depressed, the data written in the RAM 25 are transferred to a RAM card 29 and stored there. Under such conditions, a power circuit can be cut off when the power OFF switch is depressed. Thus the data are never erased.</p> |
