PURPOSE:To prevent audible noises from being generated by a flexible member or the like coming into contact with a member for fixing an ultrasonic rod motor subjected to leaked vibration. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of elongated arcing holes 11a-11c are made on a circle through a fixing member 11 while a plurality of constricted parts 11a'-11c' are formed between the elongated holes 11a-11c in order to decrease rigidity of the fixing member 11. This structure suppresses transmission of high frequency vibration and prevents squeaking even upon contact of the fixing member 11 with other members. |
