PURPOSE:To provide the customer guidance system which enables a staff who has a relatively poor experience to offer good guidance service even when the number of customers is large. CONSTITUTION:A customer information storage part 4 is stored with vehicle No.s, names, company names, managerial positions, and attitude images, customer by customer, in advance; when a customer arrives by an automobile 10, the vehicle No is read out by a camera 1 and an image processing part 2, and a control part 3 reads the corresponding customer information out of a customer information storage part 4 on the basis of the vehicle No. and displays it at a display part 5. |
