PURPOSE:To attain the batch inquiry of the whole balance and to grasp all transaction content with high efficiency by reading out the balance data on plural customer transaction accounts to totalize and output these data when a batch inquiry data input means is operated. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 21 controls each circuit based on the program stored in a ROM 22 and stores readably the necessary data in a RAM 23. Then the CPU 21 automatically inquiries the whole balance of a customer having plural transaction accounts for the batch balance inquiry. A slip processing part 30 issues a slip to enter the transaction contents including the cash reception/ payment transactions, the inquiry of the balance, etc., and theh issues a slip to enter the balance data on all transaction accounts for the batch balance inquiry. The batch balance inquiry slip shows the working transaction data on the transaction section showing the batch balance inquiry, the store in charge, the terminal equipment, the date, etc., the balance data on each account produced at each financial institution, and the total balance which are printed in a list. Therefore the customer can collectively grasp the hole balance of his plural transaction accounts. |
