When an additional amount is paid to the prepaid card under use, the issue amount under use, the prepaid card price and the premium are added to the issue amount 100. At the same time, the prepaid card price and the premium are added to the amount additional issue 102, the sales amount 101 is kept as it is, and the additional sales amount 103 of the orepaid card under use and the prepaid card price are added to the additional sales amount 103.
