<p>PURPOSE:To provide the label material which is stuck to identification cards, such as passports, and can effectively prevent the alteration, falsification, etc., of its information. CONSTITUTION:The main parts of this label material 10 are constituted of a transparent sheet 11, a bar code patterned ink layer 12 formed thereon, a adhesive layer 13 and a release layer 14. Crystal powders of the same color system as the color systems of the face photograph column of the passport, etc., or below, i.e., IR adsorptive white crystal powders of a phosphate system contg. >=20wt.% Fe<2+> and/or Cu<2+> and contg. diphosphorus pentaoxide as an essential component are incorporated into the ink layer 12 when the release sheet 14 is peeled and the label material 10 is stuck to the face photograph column, etc., and therefor, these patterns are hardly visible and the reading by an IR reader is possible. Then, the alternation, etc., of the information is surely prevented by viewing the photograph column, etc., and mechanically reading the patterns.</p> |
