<p>PURPOSE:To allow user to easyly grasp plant conditions even when a large number of alarms are generated by managing the knowledge for deciding whether each plant function is normal or not at each node of function hierarchy model where functional configulation of plant is arranged hieratically. CONSTITUTION:A plant function evaluating section 2 evaluates each function of a plant 1 through the use of process data taken in from the plant 1 and a functional hierarchy model stored in a memory 5. An information edditing section 3 eddits information to be presented for an operator basing on evaluation results obtained from the plant function evaluating section 2. In concrete terms, the plant function evaluating section 2 eddits information notifying occurrence of abnormality in some plant function. An information presenting section 4 presents abnormality information of plant function eddited at the information edditing section 3 for an operator and constituted of a display, e.g. a CRT or a large screen display, or a sound unit.</p> |
