Grout, characterised in that it is capable of being obtained by bringing into contact a solution of alkali metal silicate, a solution of alkali metal polyphosphate and a solution of alkali metal aluminate. Process for the preparation of this grout, it being possible for this process to be used for sealing and/or consolidating grounds and/or materials of construction, by injection.
