<p>PURPOSE:To reinforce a rotational chassis of a cassette loading mechanism by a reinforcing shaft. CONSTITUTION:In a fixing mechanism in which the shaft-shaped reinforcing shaft 3 is mounted between bending pieces 51 and 52 at both ends of the shaft and the both ends of the shaft are fixed to the bending pieces, one bending piece 51 is fixed to the end of the shaft by press-fitting a press-fitting shaft part 41, on whose outer peripheral surface a large number of projected lines extending in the axial direction are formed, while spreading the bending piece 51 and the end of the shaft then fixing by cauking the other end of the reinforcing shaft 3 to the opposite bending piece 52. By press-fitting the press-fitting shaft part 41 by spreading the bending piece 51 and a hole 31 at the end of the shaft, the rotational force is acted on the reinforcing shaft 3 accoring to accuracy of the projected lines on the press-fitting shaft part 41 and accuracy of press fitting working, and the other end of the reinforcing shaft 3 is freely rotatable because of being placed in the free state. Thus, twist of the reinforcing shaft 3 which is a conventional problem and becomes the cause of strain in the rotational chassis 5 is solved at this point of time. Next, the free end of the reinforcing shaft 3 is fixed by calking to the bending piece 52.</p> |
