<p>Sealing or trim element, particularly for a panel edge 50, this element having a U-shaped transverse section, one lateral wall 16 of which comprises, on its internal face, at least one lip 24 having a head 28 with a substantially triangular transverse section, connected to the lateral wall 16 by a flexible strip 26 so that withdrawing the element mounted on the panel has the effect of causing the head 28 to pivot and of bringing one of its apexes 34 to bear on the lateral wall 16 in a buttressing position opposing the withdrawal of the element.
