The arrangement is with a house foundation of the plate on ground type and has a concrete plate (1), which rests on an insulation (2, 16) and has a reinforcement beam (3) extending along its periphery. The beam extends downwards under the level of the concrete plate under side. The reinforcement beam is arranged in an upwardly open recess in an insulating component (7) which on its side (10) turned towards the concrete plate has one or more upwardly directed parts (12) which from below extend upwards in a recess in the reinforcement beam or in the edge part (15) of the concrete plate. An insulating component used has an inner side (10) with at least one upwardly directed part (12) extending to a level which is higher than that of the part of the under side of the concrete plate. |
