The liquid crystal display is characterized by arranging a transparent front board, a middle board and a rear board at fixed intervals in order, forming a data electrode and a liquid crystal layer between the front board and the middle board, forming a stripe common injection electrode connected to one side of the middle board in a row of the data electrode, and forming an independent injection electrode on the inner side of the rear board and at a right angle to the data electrode. The LCD is useful for a HDTV.
