forming a pad for connecting to an external power source through a conductor on an isolated substrate electrically; forming a gate line overlapping the pad and a part of the substrate with a conductor capable of anode oxidation; forming an isolating layer on all surface of the above structure; forming a photosensitive pattern for protecting an isolating layer on the surface of the pad and the gate line overlapped with the pad; exposing the gate line by removing the isolating layer exposed by the photosensitive film pattern; forming an anode oxidation film on the exposed gate line; removing the photosensitive pattern and and isolating layer; forming the gate isolating layer on the pad and gate line except for the pad part of an electrical external connection, and forming a protecting film on the gate isolating layer.
