The liquid crystal panel assembly providing the image with equal brightness consists of a base board having signal lines, a liquid crystal display panel having an electrode unit located against the signal line, the EL unit for the back light located between the board and liquid crystal display panel, an electric conductive rubber located between the signal line and the electrode unit for electric contact, a fixing unit to fix the liquid crystal display panel on the board, and the light spreading board made of the vinyl with semi-permeability to reflect and refract the light randomly.
