The present invention relates to a position control system for flying upsetting presses in which the feeding drives are connected into closed hydraulic circuits and are driven by positive displacement pumps. To increase the dynamic response, the hydraulic circuits are pressurised and, to increase the accuracy of control, internal control circuits and superimposed control circuits for the individual control components are provided. |
