A primary winding (21) is disposed about the primary leg, a secondary winding (22) is disposed about the secondary leg, and first and second serially connected windings (13, 14) are respectively disposed about the first and second control legs for inducing a control flux in the first and second control legs which are configured to prevent control flux from flowing in the primary and secondary legs.
