The glass house has a roof in the form of a dome and vertical side walls, the dome (3) and side walls (4) being composed of identical rhombic plates (2) with unified thickness held together by weather-resistant tape. The glasshouse is assembled by the plates which form the dome-like roof being placed side by side and connected to one another by application of weather-resistant tape over the joints. The dome is successively built up by connecting the plates one by one with the already assembled plates, whereupon the assembled dome in the same way is connected with the rhombic plates forming the side walls. To facilitate assembly two or more plates can be joined together by a flexible wire component being pushed through holes in the side edges of adjoining plates and the weather-resistant tape then being applied with successive removal of the wires. |
