The device (1) includes a container (2) intended to be fixed to a support (B), a passage (5) fixed to the container, a holding sleeve (3) capable of joining a span of an object (A) to a span of the container or of releasing it, an operating piston (4) sliding along the passage and having a locking configuration which holds the tension sleeve in place and an unlocking configuration, and an ejection piston (6) sliding in the passage in order to eject the object. A drive force acts first on the operating piston until it can, at the end of movement of the operating piston, act on the ejection piston.
