PURPOSE:To provide a technology as to a boat installing an outboard motor, in which an operator can raw facing in the advancing direction as in the seating condition. CONSTITUTION:A rotary shaft 8; a rachet device (inversion preventive mechanism) 7 provided on the upper end of the rotary shaft 8, and to rotate the rotary shaft 8 only in one direction, while to prevent the rotation of the rotary shaft 8 in the reverse direction; and a spiral spring (return rotation mechanism) 2 to return the rotary shaft 8 in the inverse direction, are provided. Furthermore, a wire for propeller rotation (rotating means) 10 to rotate the rotary shaft 8 only in one direction, the first and the second bevel gears (transmission means) 19 and 20 provided at the lower end of the rotary shaft 8, and a propeller 21 to transmit and connect to the rotary shaft 8 through the first and the second bevel gears 19 and 20 are provided to compose this outboard motor with propeller. |
